Friends and family are much the same way, except they’ll be gone some day. During the holidays, don’t forget to spend time with those you love while you can. Why fight the lines and snow for cheap manufactured junk? Don’t trade your time for stuff that will just wind up in the garbage. Spend your time with someone important to you. There may be some already gone ahead, but there are undoubtedly some still left– and they’d love a visit, a coffee, or just a phone call. You don’t want to look back on 2018 and count on one hand how many times you talked to someone who cannot be replaced. The great thing is that many of these people are just waiting for their phone to ring, and would be happy just to hear your voice. It doesn’t matter how rich or poor you are, we all have the same number hours in a day. Spend them on something that matters.
